For over 27 years, Konstruktion T. Eisenschmidt has been committed to renewable energy and the reduction of greenhouse gases (e.g., SF6, CO2) through the development of new technologies. We actively participate in various associations and organizations at the state level (BWE, VDE, BEE, Chamber of Engineers, LNBEST).
It is a matter close to our hearts to ensure that the energy transition takes place exclusively with the citizens, thus improving the quality of life in rural areas. Benefits and acceptance should always be in balance. Everyone should benefit locally. To this end, Dr. Daniela Straub and I have been working publicly and actively since 2023 as co-founders of the Saxony-Anhalt Citizens' Energy State Network (LNBEST). Along with LENA and many others, we were actively involved in the development of the new municipal guidelines for fair wind power and ground-mounted PV (current version, see attachment).
This guideline opens up completely new opportunities for municipalities to make their own decisions regarding wind and solar energy. Especially when priority areas have not yet been designated. In my opinion, it is currently the best means of immediately implementable, local democratic participation.
Please read the objectives of LNBEST, which you can find on the LENA homepage:
What drives Konstruktion T. Eisenschmidt?
Whether it's speaking engagements, presentations, lectures, or our own events, we are committed to the benefit of the public within the state network. As one of the members of the LNBEST in Southern Saxony-Anhalt, we offer honest and transparent public relations, answering all questions, open days, public consultation hours, and much more. We are particularly experienced volunteers in the field of wind energy, especially in the area of wind energy. We are idea generators and networkers to promote and support local value creation for residents, communities, associations, and regional companies.
Our expertise focuses on public relations, project support, and citizen-oriented communication.
In the technical field, we offer independent services for wind energy, such as emergency services, grid connection, planning principles, noise, shadow impact, yield, and visualization.
Independent, decentralized municipal energy supply is another focus of our work. How can electricity and heat from renewable energy be used in municipal (heating) networks?
How can you, as a municipality, participate in LNBEST?
Online and in-person meetings are held regularly within the state network. You can get an idea of what LNBEST is and what the guidelines mean.

Yours sincerely, Dr. Daniela Straub
